CANCELLATION POLICY

We appreciate 24-hour notice for single services. For multiple services, Brazilian Blowout, Japanese Straightener, and Novalash we require a credit card to hold the appointment, you must cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment; otherwise 50% of the full cost may be charged.
